A group booking must contain at least 10 adults.
Group must travel together on outbound and inbound flights.

Offers

• Request must contain following::
  - Name of Group
  - Flight details (dates outbound / inbound / destination / flight numbers)
  - Class
  - Amount of Passengers (adults/children)
  - Your IATA number, your agency name and your name as well as your contacts (telefon / email / fax)

Confirmation

• Once you have agreed to the tariff and conditions, the group booking will be confirmed to you.
  

Down-/prepayments

• Some group bookings requires requires a downpayment. (e.g. peakseason, business-class etc). The amount of the downpayment will be advised and you are required to issue an MDO/MCO, which will be refunded after the booking has been commercialised and the tickets have been issued.

Passenger Manifests

• Names are required one month before departure latest, otherwise your group booking will be automatically cancelled.

Ticketing

• Together with the group confirmation, ticketing instructions will be sent to you.
