Married Segments

To increase the efficiency of seatmanagement, Singapore Airlines uses a revenue management system. This system does review the origin and destination points, the itinerary, the booking classes as well as the points of sale. hence, you may encounter different availabilities for transfer connections and "married segments" in your PNR. Should you not be able to auto-price your PNR, for example for the issuance/calculation of a market sector fare, please send your PNR to zrh_reservations@singaporeair.com.sg for divorcing of segments.

It may be the case, that the booking does not reflect any marriage in the reservations system of Singapore Airlines, but the marriage still appears in your CRS. In such cases, we kindly ask you to contact your relevant CRS helpdesk for releasing the segments.

We would like to remind, that splitting up the routing and book separate flight segments in different PNRs is not permitted.
