1) New No Paging Announcement Policy effective 01 November 2004
Notice to Passenger Departing ex Hong Kong
  • From 1 November 2004, there will be no passenger paging announcement for boarding at Hong Kong International Airport.
  • Please board your flight at least 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time and take into account the time required to reach your boarding gate.

3) Add notice to remind passenger on In-Town & SkyPier (Ferry Transfer) Check-in Service for SQ002
Due to the Security Policy, the In-Town Check-in service at Hong Kong or Kowloon Airport Express Stations & SkyPier (Ferry transfer) of Singapore Airlines for flight SQ002 flying to San Francisco is restricted to same day departure only.
