All Singapore Airlines flights (SQ 438/ SQ 439) will arrive and depart from the new Airport from 23 March 2008.

Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (International and domestic flights) is located between the Srisailam State Highway and NH-7 in the Shamshabad locality. It is about 30km drive from Hyderabad City.

Customers are advised to allocate sufficient time to reach the Airport, especially during peak traffic hours.

Counters open 4 hours and close 1 hour before flight departure times.

Departure Formalities

After check-in on LEVEL F, proceed to Departure Passport, Customs and Security Control on the same level.
Beyond the Departure control area:

i) For Lounge guests, proceed from departure concourse (Level F) to Plaza Premium Lounge (Level E) via elevator near gate 32A
ii) Otherwise, proceed to boarding gates on Level F

Singapore Airlines boarding gates are generally located at Gates 30, 32 or 34

Departure Concourse (Duty Free Shopping Area) to furthest Gate 34 – 200m/ 5mins
Singapore Airlines’ boarding gates close 15 minutes before flight departure times.

Airline Lounges (LEVEL E)

Singapore Airlines' PPS Club members, First Class & Business Class customers, Krisflyer Elite Gold members and STAR Alliance Gold members are invited to use the Plaza Premium Lounge located on Level E
The lounge is accessible by elevator beside gate 32A.
