Introduction of Ticket Service Fees
Effective from 01 April 2009, Singapore Airlines will implement Ticket Service Fees for ticket transactions carried out at Reservation Centre and City/Airport ticket counters in Japan.

  • The same fees will apply to Child ticket.
  • For Infant not occupying a seat, fees will be waived.
  • Ticket Service Fees are applicable to validity extension of MCO (Miscellaneous Charges Order).
  • Ticket reissue is not available at website/Reservation Centre.
  • If desired itinerary ticket is not available at website, ticketing shall be done at City ticket counter with the payment of Ticket Service Fees.
  • Ticket Service Fees are not refundable.
  • Ticket Service Fees at Airport ticket counters are subject to handling airlines' condition and the amount of fees may differ from these fees.
