Terms and Conditions
Fare
Airfares are per person ex Auckland or Christchurch flying Singapore Airlines (on direct services) or Wellington. Seats are subject to availability at time of booking. Fares are subject to change without notice. Waitlists are not permitted.

Sales
Offer ends 15 December 2008.

Travel
Travel commenced between 01 February and 30 November 2009.

Stopovers
Stopovers are permitted in Singapore. Passengers may stop for up to 14 days in Singapore (in both directions) en route to their final destination. Singapore Stopover Holiday is permitted.

Children and Infant Fares
Accompanied children aged 2 to 11 years: charge 75% of applicable adult fare.
Infants (not occupying a seat) aged 0 to 2 years: charge 10% of applicable adult fare.

Cancellation / Refunds
Cancellations or a change to a lower fare type received after tickets have been issued will be subject to a handling fee of $500 per ticket. Tickets that are required to be reissued at any time are subject to a handling fee of $75 per ticket.
No refunds available after travel has commenced.

Validity
Return fares are valid for 12 months from the date of departure. 

Bonus miles:
Bonus miles are only for return travel in Economy Class on Singapore Airlines using the EarlyBird Special for travel completed by 30 November 2008. You must be a KrisFlyer member and credit your miles earned on Singapore Airlines to your KrisFlyer account. Bonus miles together with the KrisFlyer miles earned from your return EarlyBird travel will qualify you for 1 free one way Economy to Business Class upgrade redemption from Auckland or Christchurch to Singapore or vice versa on your next Singapore Airlines flight. For upgrades: Only Economy Class tickets purchased on Singapore Airlines in S, Y, B or E booking classes are eligible for redemption of upgrades from Economy to Business. Redeeming of upgrades is applicable online only to commercial bookings on Singapore Airlines made online. Subject to availability. Miles will be credited to your KrisFlyer account 4-6 weeks after completion of travel.  Bonus miles do not count toward tier qualification or renewal. Taxes and surcharges are additional for redemption travel.
