Terms and Conditions

Fare
Airfares are per person ex Auckland or Christchurch flying Singapore Airlines (on direct services), Wellington or Dunedin. Airfares ex Wellington appliable for travel via Auckland or Christchurch. Airfares ex Dunedin applicable for travel via Christchurch only. Seats are strictly limited and are subject to availability at time of booking. Fares are subject to change without notice. Waitlists are not permitted. One way fares are available at 50% of the applicable return airfare. Special airfares cannot be used with KrisFlyer upgrade awards.

Sales
Offer ends 03 December 2009.

Travel
Travel must commence between 15 January - 31 March 2010. *Exception: travel on SQ286 & SQ298 services must commence between 21 January - 31 March 2010.

Stopovers
Stopovers are permitted in Singapore. Passengers may stopover for up to 14 days in Singapore (in both directions) en route to their final destination. Singapore Stopover Holiday is permitted.

Children and Infant Fares
Accompanied children aged 2 to 11 years: charge 75% of applicable adult fare.
Infants (not occupying a seat) aged 0 to 2 years: charge 10% of applicable adult fare.

Cancellation / Refunds
Fares eligible for KrisFlyer miles: Cancellations or a change to a lower fare type received after tickets have been issued will be subject to a handling fee of $500 per ticket. No refunds available after travel has commenced. Tickets that are required to be reissued at any time are subject to a handling fee of $75 per ticket. Fares not eligible for KrisFlyer miles: Cancellations or a change to a lower fare type received after tickets have been issued are not permitted. No refunds available after travel has commenced.

Validity
Airfares are valid for 3 months from date of departure.

*Prices quoted based on travel ex Auckland and include all taxes and surcharges. Passengers departing from Christchurch are required to pay NZ departure tax at the airport. Airfare is based on direct services without a stopover(s) in Singapore. Prices correct as at 27 October 2009 and subject to change due to currency fluctuations. Our online booking engine will provide the actual amount at time of booking.
