Mileage
Up to maximum permitted mileage of 29,000 miles. Extra mileage charges listed below:

Stopovers
Stopovers are unlimited, subject to being within the applicable mileage.
A) Only one stopover is permitted in the same city.
B) Only three stopovers permitted within Australia, including the gateway points of arrival and departure.
C) One transfer in each direction at AKL/WLG/CHC for travel between AKL/WLG/CHC.
D) Stopovers are not permitted in New Zealand except at the point of international departure/arrival.

Payment/Ticketing
Must be ticketed at least 7 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 3 days of departure must be ticketed within 24 hours.

Routing/Rerouting
A) More than 7 days before departure - no charge
B) Less than 7 days before departure/after travel has commenced:
(a) First Outbound Sector (Including first International) - USD75 per transaction.
(b) Other Sectors:
(i) Changes not requiring ticket reissuance given without charge.

Cancellations/Refund
A) More than 7 days before departure : full refund.
B) Less than 7 days before departure : Please consult your travel agent.
C) After departure: The refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable normal fare for the journey completed.

Children Discounts
A) Children 2 years to under 12 years : pay 75% of the applicable adult fare.
B) Infants under 2 years and occupying a seat pay 75% of the applicable adult fare.
C) Infants under 2 years not occupying a seat pay 10% of the applicable adult fare.
