Stopovers
Return Journey - Three permitted during the entire journey at transfer points.
You can purchase an additional two sectors in Europe from NZD150 per sector.
Passengers may only include a maximum stopover of 14 days in Singapore in each direction en route to their final destination.

Changes/Cancellation/Refunds
Before departure: forfeit NZD250 for cancellation/no-show/refund per passenger.
After departure: the refund, if any, will be the difference between the fare paid and the applicable full tariff fare for the journey completed, less the NZD250 cancellation fee.
At any time cancellation/no show forfeit must not be used as a credit towards other travel.
Voluntary re-routing after departure is not permitted.
Date changes are permitted at NZD100 (subject to fare conditions) after departure.
Cancellation fee does not apply to Business Class.

Children and Infant Fares
Accompanied children aged 2 to 11 years: 75% of the applicable adult fare.
Unaccompanied children 8-11 years: 100% of the applicable adult fare.
Unaccompanied children 2-7 years: not permitted.
Infant aged under 2 years and occupying a seat: 75% of the applicable adult fare.
Infant aged under 2 years and not occupying a seat: 10% of the applicable adult fare.
