Cancellation Fee (i) Cancellation Fee of PKR5,000 applies for fully unutilizes ticket.
(ii) Fare refund on partially used ticket is not allowed.
(iii) Unutilized taxes and surcharges are refundable.
(iv) USD100 charged for no-show if any.
Rebooking Fee (i) PKR700 charged for changes in flight dates and flight numbers.
(ii) Applicable additional charges will be imposed for other corresponding changes.
 
Other Conditions

Payment is by credit card only. Visa and MasterCard are accepted for all bookings. American Express is accepted for all bookings except those for travel originating from Sri Lanka, Pakistan, China and South Africa due to processing constraints.
Payment by American Express and Diners are not offered for travel originating from Russia.

You will also need to make your own arrangements to obtain visas and other travel documents.

Tickets for children (2 to below 12 years at the time of travel) must be bought together with a ticket for an adult.
Tickets for infant (under 2 years) are currently not available on our website.
