Cancellation Fee No refund once tickets are issued. Taxes and surcharges for any unused tickets will be refunded, subject to administrative fee of SGD75 and a no-show fee (if any) of SGD150.
Rebooking Fee Date change or rebooking on a higher fare type with a fare difference is permitted with a fee of SGD30 per transaction and a no-show fee (if any) of SGD150.

2. Two or more passengers must travel together both ways. No deviation is permitted for any passengers throughout the journey. Addition or reduction of passenger is not allowed.
3. Infants (below 2 years of age) do not apply towards the minimum requirement of 2 passengers.
4. Turnaround open jaw travel is not permitted.

For outbound travel period between 26Nov09 and 27Nov09, between 23Dec09 and 25Dec09, between 12Feb10 and 14Feb10, between 1Apr10 and 2Apr10, between 30Apr10 and 1May10, between 27May10 and 28May10, between 6Aug10 and 7Aug10 and between 9Sep10 and 10Sep10, between 4Nov10 and 5Nov10, 17Nov10, between 23Dec10 and 25Dec10 and between 1Feb11 and 3Feb11, a peak surcharge of SGD30 applies.
2. Not eligible for frequent flyer mileage accrual and upgrade award redemption.
3. Tickets are non transferable once issued.
4. Name change is strictly not allowed.
