Cancellation Fee No refund once tickets are issued. Taxes and surcharges for any unused tickets will be refunded, subject to administrative fee of SGD75 and a no-show fee (if any) of SGD150.
Rebooking Fee Date change or rebooking on a higher fare type with a fare difference is permitted with a fee of SGD30 per transaction and a no-show fee (if any) of SGD150.

With immediate effect, there is an increase in Air Passenger Duty Charge to GBP55 for travel to UK on/after 01Nov09.
