For all these reasons and more, it makes perfect business sense for your Company to designate Singapore Airlines as your preferred choice of carrier for business-related travel.

• Eligibility

 a) Your company can participate in the Singapore Airlines Corporate Travel Programme (Singapore) as long as it is a Singapore-registered company (registered with Accounting and Regulatory Authority - ACRA or International Enterprises Singapore - IES). With the relevant supporting documents, subsidiaries can also be included in the programme. This programme is applicable for the travel of your company's employees on company business, as well as their spouses and children on home leave. The incurred travel expenditure must be paid for as company's expenses.

b) Requirements:
 i) Your company must have a minimum nett flown expenditure of SGD50,000 per annum on Singapore Airlines.
 ii) Travel must originate from Singapore.
 iii) Tickets must be purchased and issued in Singapore, and have to be issued on Singapore Airlines documents.

•  Admission

Admission to the Corporate Travel Programme will be at Singapore Airlines' sole discretion.

Successful applicants will be provisionally enrolled in the programme for 4 months without any fare offer. Singapore Airlines will decide whether to fully admit a new applicant based on the assessment of the applicant's nett flown expenditure during the first 3 months of enrolment. Upon full admission, corporate accounts will be offered a range of the discounted corporate fares depending on the qualification criteria.

• Performance Review

Singapore Airlines will review the performance of fully enrolled corporate accounts periodically. With greater travel volume on Singapore Airlines, your company will enjoy even greater savings.

Singapore Airlines reserves the right to withdraw any account's participation in the Corporate Travel Programme if it does not meet the required nett flown expenditure.

• Appointment Of Travel Management Company

a) Your company may appoint up to two Singapore Airlines' Appointed Travel Management Companies as fulfillment agents to handle the reservation and ticketing services under Singapore Airlines Corporate Travel Programme.

b) The appointed Travel Management Companies will also collect fare payments on behalf of Singapore Airlines.

c) Once a Company is enrolled in the Singapore Airlines Airlines Corporate Travel Programme, a request for any change of Travel Management Company must be made to Singapore Airlines. The change will only take effect on the 1st or 15th of the following month, with at least 2 weeks' advance notice.

d) Your Company must have a separate liaison and arrangement with the Travel Management Company on their service or management fee for the provision of reservations and ticketing services.

• Participation Date

Participations will take place 4 times a year, on the 1st of every February, May, August and November. Completed online application forms must be received  at least two weeks prior to the commencement date.
