BOARDING GATE INFORMATION
Please note that most boarding gates for departure flights are located far away from the check-in counters. 20-25 minutes' walking time are required. Pre-boarding security screening will require additional 10-15 minutes especially during peak evening hours. If you are checking-in within one hour of flight departure (Singapore Airlines check-in counters close 45 minutes before flight departure), please check your Departure Gate number and proceed immediately to the boarding gate.  Please be reminded that Singapore Airlines boarding gates will close 15 minutes before flight departure.

ADVICE FOR DEPARTING PASSENGERS GOING TO SUVARNABHUMI AIRPORT
Customers are advised to leave for Suvarnabhumi Airport and check-in for their flights early.  Travelling time between the city and the new airport may take up to 1 hour or longer, especially with traffic congestion during peak hours. 
 
Please be reminded that Singapore Airlines' check-in counters will close 45 minutes before flight departure and boarding gates will close 15 minutes before flight departure.
 
Singapore Airlines check-in is at Entrance No. 5, Check-in Row "K".

UPDATE INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS ARRIVING INTO BANGKOK
Arriving passengers into Suvarnabhumi Airport may also take public metered taxis from PTB Level 1 to travel to the city.  Previously, arriving pasengers can only take the free shuttle bus to the taxi stands at Public Transportation Centre.
