*Note:

- To be eligible for complimentary one night stay, passenger must fly on A380 flight between Singapore-London, Singapore-Paris, Singapore-Sydney, Singapore-Melbourne or Singapore-Tokyo. Passenger will be entitled to one night stay per ticket.
- Ticket must be issued in Thailand from 11 May 2009 to 15 March 2010 for travel from Bangkok on Singapore Airlines same period. Hotel booking must be made before departure from Thailand and booking must be made at least 72 working hrs before check-in. Period for hotel stay is within 31 March 2010.
- Free or redemption tickets are not eligible for this promotion.
- Booking through travel agents appointed by Singapore Airlines or call Singapore Airlines Reservations office at 02 353 6000.
- Walk-in guests at the hotel will not be entitled for the complimentary stay.
- Hotel booking is subject to room availability at Raffles Hotel. Singapore Airlines reserves the right to offer alternative accommodation, such as Fairmont Plaza view Suite or Stamford Crest Suite.
- Hotel bookings are non-transferable, cannot be encashed or carried forward.
- Amendment or cancellation must be made before 72 working hours prior to hotel check-in.
- For amendment or cancellation within 72 working hours of the hotel check-in, there is a charge equal to one night's room rate and prevailing service charge and taxes for each room cancelled.
- No-show charge will be applied amounting to one night's room rate and prevailing service charge and taxes.
- For extension night stay, please check rate with travel agents appointed by Singapore Airlines or call Singapore Airlines Reservations office at 02 353 6000.
- Refund of extension night stay cancelled more than 72 working hours before hotel check-in will be charged an administrative fee of S$50. For no-show or cancellation of extension stay within 72 working hours of the hotel check-in, there is a cancellation charge amounting to one night's room rate and prevailing service charge and taxes for each room cancelled.
- Singapore Airlines reserve the right to amend terms and conditions without prior notice.
