Online reservation and ticketing must be completed 5 days prior to flight departure, electronic ticket must be issued immediately after seat confirmation. 

Payment is restricted to online sales with MasterCard only.

Credit card holder must be part of the traveling party.  For verification purpose, please present your credit card used to purchase the ticket upon check-in at the airport.

Weekend surcharge of TWD500 will be levied for departures on Fridays and Saturdays.

"2  to Go" offers are exclusive for 2 or more passengers travelling together both ways.

There is a limitation for up to 7 persons within a single transaction.  If you are traveling with parties more than 7 persons, please make another booking separately.

No Name change, Wait-listing or Rerouting are not permitted. 

Child fare is 80% of adult levels, except for Booking Class【V】- where child fare is the same as adults.

Tickets for children (2 to below 12 years at the time of travel) must be bought together with a ticket for an adult.  Infant (under 2 years) is currently not available on our website.

Booking class【Y,B,M,E】- Within ticket validity, flight/date change is allowed.  Before commencement of travel, rerouting online is permitted, subject to ticket/tax differential if applicable. An additional service fee of TWD1,500 will be levied if rerouted through Singapore Airlines office.

Booking class【V】- TPE-SIN is not valid on SQ877 ; SIN-TPE is not valid on SQ876.
