Customers who purchase commercial tickets (excluding infant ticket) in Taiwan for travel on Singapore Airlines to Australia destinations during the promotion period will be eligible to participate in the lucky draw. Each ticket is eligible for one entry to the lucky draw.

Terms & Conditions for Promotional Fares

1. Fares shown are ALL-INCLUSIVE covering relevant taxes, insurance and fuel surcharges that are correct as of 01Dec 08.
Fares quoted at time of booking will reflect most updated levels including any revisions in charges or changes in exchange rates.
Fares are offered exclusively for bookings and payments made on Singapore Airlines website.
Child fare is at 80% of the adult fare level; Infant Fare for "M" class & "N" class are at 30% and 40% of the adult fare level respectively.
Tickets for children (2 to 12 years old at the time of travel) and infant can only purchased with an adult ticket.
Each booking can have a maximum of 7 persons.
Waitlist reservation and Change of name after completion of booking are not permitted.
Stopovers are not allowed in Singapore.
All relevant travel documentation and permits are the responsibility of travellers.
Booking class 【M】：
- before commencement of travel, rerouting online is permitted, subject to payment of fare/tax differential, if applicable.
- an additional service fees of TWD1,500 will be levied if rerouting is done through the Singapore Airlines Ticket Office.
- fare is eligible for KrisFlyer mileage accrual but not eligible for redemption upgrade.
Booking class 【N】：
- 4-to-Go fares, which requires minimum of four passengers travelling together both ways.
- 2-to-Go fares, which requires minimum of two passengers travelling together both ways.
- itinerary and flight/day changes are not allowed.
- fare is not eligible for mileage accrual or award redemption upgrade.
Payment is by credit card (American Express, Visa, Master, Diners Card) only.
For verification purposes, please present your credit card used for payment upon check-in to complete the check-in process.
Singapore Airlines reserves the right to revise or terminate the above offers without notice.

Refund Administration:

Fully unutilized ticket: TWD1,200/per ticket.
Partially used ticket is non-refundable.
