Check In Times

We recommend that all passengers check in as early as possible in order to avoid queuing.

You can check in as early as 0730hrs for Flight SQ317. For Flight SQ319 you may check-in at 1430hrs and for Flight SQ321 at 1800hrs.
Please note that check-in now closes 45 minutes before scheduled departure.

Check In Procedure
Please ensure that you have a valid passport, with at least 6 months validity. You will also need a valid Visa for certain destinations (Notably Australia & New Zealand). Please check with the relevant Embassy or your travel agent before your departure date.

All Singapore Airlines flights arrive at Terminal 3.

After disembarking the aircraft, follow the signs for 'Arrivals & Baggage Reclaim'. Before you collect your luggage, you need to clear passport control. Zone 1 is for UK & European Union citizens. Zones 2, 3 and 4 are for all other passport holders.

Once through immigration, take the escalator down to the baggage hall, where monitors will advise you from which belt you will be able to collect your luggage.
