Cebu, fondly called the 'Queen City of the South', is Philippines' oldest city. Exploring the city is like taking a trip back in time, with its rich cultural and historical hertiage dating back to the 16th century when the great Portuguese explorer, Ferdinand Magellan, first planted the cross on Cebu's shore. Among the historical treasures are Fort San Pedro, the first spanish fort built in the Philippines.
