  1. Purchase a round-trip ticket at singaporeair.com departing from Los Angeles, Newark, New York (JFK), San Francisco or Houston.  Other origin cities do not qualify for the best fare guarantee.
  2. By Midnight Pacific Time on the day of the above purchase, if you should find a ticket for the exact same flight itinerary on another website that is more than US$1 lower, proceed to the next step.
  3. Fill-in the form below, and if validated, receive the fare difference back to your credit card plus 5,000 Kris Flyer bonus miles (requires your Kris flyer membership details at time of claim if you wish to receive bonus miles).
  4. We highly recommend that you create a screen-shot or printout of the lower fare you found on another website prior to filing your claim.  You may be asked to furnish this when your claim is processed.
