ELIGIBILITY
Tickets must be purchased prior to arrival in Asia and passengers must reside in the USA.

VALIDITY & LENGTH OF STAY
Applies on all SilkAir routes.
No minimum stay - Maximum stay 90 days.

DOCUMENTATION
Passengers must present proof of residence at time of ticketing, carry international ticket as proof of origination, and have citizenship documentation available during transit.

RESERVATIONS
Book Airline code "MI" for SilkAir.

Book in "Q" class.

The entire routing must be ticketed before travel commences, but only the first flight requires advance reservations. Reservations for flights other than the originating flight may be made at any time prior to the departure of that flight.

Advance flight reservations are highly recommended. Accommodations of passengers on flights for which they do not hold confirmed reservations will be subject to space availability at the time of departure.

Reservations may be changed without penalty, provided the passenger's routing remains the same.

TICKETING
Tickets must be issued prior to arrival in Asia and at the same time reservations are made. The entire routing must be ticketed before travel commences.

ROUTING / REROUTING
Voluntary rerouting is permitted. A USD$25 processing fee will be applied for each rerouting that requires a ticket reissuance.

REFUNDS
A full refund may be obtained, less a USD$25 processing fee, if reservations and tickets are canceled prior to the first departure. No refund is permitted after travel commences.

DISCOUNTS
Children, infant, and senior citizen discounts do not apply.
