Available 24 hours prior to flight departure time for all classes of travel. Passenger must report to airport check-in counters no later than 45 minutes prior to departure time of 1415hrs to collect boarding passes. Contact numbers for phone/fax check-in are the same as for airport office.

Contracted lounge. No Silver Kris lounge. Serves beverages, fruits and snacks only. Lounge is air-conditioned and has TV with CNN and CNBC news channels.

There are 3 restaurants at landside. One (40 seats) is located opposite the domestic departure hall, one (30 seats) just outside the departure terminal and another (30 seats) outside the international arrival hall. They serve rice with Vietnamese dishes as well as Vietnamese noodles. There are also 2 cafes in airside, one (12 seats) in transit area and another just prior to entering boarding gate 3 of international departure hall. These only serve cakes and sandwiches. Post office and telecom services are available. There is a telecom cum post office outside the domestic departure hall. Public telephones are also available in the international departure hall transit area. There are two money changing booths operated by Vietcombank and First Vinabank located outside the domestic departure hall. Duty free shopping is available both at International Departure and Arrival halls.

Singapore Airlines operate five counters located right after departure Customs checkpoint. The counters are open from 12:15pm till 30 minutes before scheduled departure time. All baggage must be X-rayed at Customs checkpoint and again upon check-in by Airport Security.

Airport tax of USD10 or equivalent in VND is payable by all passengers except official passport holders. This airport tax is not inclusive in all airline tickets. To avoid unnecessary inconvenience, kindly ensure that you have adequate cash for payment of airport tax during departure. Back
