Set against the majestic backdrop of Mt. Wellington, the Cascade
Brewery is considered the most famous façade in Hobart. Experience
a 1.5 hour journey through the oldest working Brewery in Australia!
The guided tour visits the Malting house, bottling line, brewing
facilities and Heritage-listed cottage gardens.
The tour ends with a thirst-quenching session where visitors can
enjoy a tasting paddle of four premium brewed beers at the Cascade Bar and Café (or
Cascade’s traditional soft drinks for those under 18).

• Tours are conducted for a duration of 1.5 hours (including
tastings) and are run daily • Tours are run at 9.30am, 10.00am,
1.00pm and 1.30pm • Bookings are to be made 48 hours in advance
and are subject to availability • Tours are not available on
Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and Good Friday • Tour
is not suitable for children under 5 • Flat comfortable footwear
