1. You must present your original Singapore Airlines Limited (‘SIA') boarding pass before payment to request discounts under the SIA Boarding Pass Privileges Shopping Programme (the ‘Programme').
2. Singapore Airlines Limited (‘SIA') does not make any representations about, endorse, control or guarantee the quality or fitness of, the goods and services offered by the shops / retail establishments under the Programme.
3. SIA is not an agent, intermediary or a partner of any Programme shop/retail establishment. Your boarding pass to Singapore only qualifies you to contract with the Programme shops/retail establishments in Singapore only qualifies you to contract with the Programme shops/retail establishments but neither boarding pass entitles you to do so. SIA does not control the Programme shops/retail establishments and cannot compel them to contract with you. SIA will not be party to any contract that you enter into with any Programme shop/retail establishment. You contract with a Programme shop/retail establishment at your own risk.
4. SIA will not be responsible, or liable to any person, for any direct or consequential loss or damage or bodily injury or death arising from the purchase of any goods or services through the Programme.
5. SIA may change or terminate part or the whole of the Programme at any time without notice.
6. All offers on this microsite are valid from 1 July to 31 December 2008 (unless stated otherwise).
