Receiving Your Special Upgrade Vouchers after 30 June 2009

If you have at least 25,000 Special Upgrade Points, an email with details on the Special Upgrade Voucher(s) that you have earned, will be sent by 16 July 2009. With the Special upgrade voucher(s) code provided, you can upgrade your chosen Singapore Airlines commercial flight online. All you need to do is to retrieve your booking and choose to upgrade the chosen flight using the Special Upgrade Voucher code given. Each Special Upgrade Voucher is for the upgrade of one round-trip flight and can be only used once, for one passenger only. Please ensure your email address is valid and updated in your account so that you can receive the Special Upgrade Voucher(s). To check your personal particulars, please click here.
