If you have subscribed to receive your KrisFlyer Account Statements via email,

· An update on your account summary balance will be sent to you once every two months, if you have had a transaction with KrisFlyer in the preceding two-month period.

· An archive of your six most recent account statements will be stored online for your viewing convenience. All you have to do is login, click on “My Account”, followed by “Statements” and look under “Statement History”.

This service is only available if you have subscribed to receive your account statements via email. Members who receive print statements will receive updates of their account summary only twice a year.
