AN EXCLUSIVE PRIVILEGE FOR SOLITAIRE PPS CLUB MEMBERS

RESERVE VALUE

We are pleased to announce a new privilege exclusively for Solitaire PPS Club members.

From 1 June 2009, Solitaire PPS Club members renewing membership with PPS Value above S$25,000 will have the excess PPS Value stored in their accounts as Reserve Value.

The more PPS Value that Solitaire PPS Club members accrue within the membership year, the more Reserve Value they will have for future use when they have insufficient PPS Value for membership renewal.

Reserve Value

Reserve Value is the PPS Value in excess of S$25,000, which Solitaire PPS Club members have accrued by the end of their membership year.

For example: If the PPS Value accrued by the end of the membership year is S$34,000, the Reserve Value from that membership year is S$9,000.

Reserve Value is valid for 3 years from the month in which it is credited to the member’s account.

Using Reserve Value for Membership Renewal

Reserve Value can be used to ‘top up’ PPS Value at the end of subsequent membership years if there is insufficient PPS Value accrued for membership renewal.

For example:If the PPS Value accrued by the end of the membership year is $20,000, and the available Reserve Value is $15,000, then Reserve Value of $5,000 will be used for membership renewal and Reserve Value of S$10,000 will remain.

Tracking Reserve Value

Solitaire PPS Club members renewing their membership from May 2009 onwards can track Reserve Value from 17 May 2009, if the PPS Value accrued at the end of May 2009 is more than S$25,000.

Solitaire PPS Club members will see the Reserve Value they have:
- in the online account statements when logged in at My Account (from 17 May 2009)
- in the bi-monthly e-statements which are emailed to the email addresses registered in their personal account. To subscribe, please click here.
