Frequent Visitor (FV) e-Channel Facilities at Hong Kong International Airport

 
PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold members can now pass through immigration more quickly using the Frequent Visitor e-Channels
The FV e-Channel is a convenient self-service clearance facility which eliminates the need to fill in arrival or departure cards and streamlines the clearance process.

To be eligible for enrolment for the facilities you need to be :-

  1. 18 or above in age
  2. in possession of valid travel document *
  3. in possession of multiple visit visa for Hong Kong (if a visit visa is required)

          * Holders  of the following travel documents are however excluded in this extension:-

  • People’s Republic of China passport and Macao Special Administrative Region passport without a multiple visit visa for HKSAR
  • Exit-Entry Permit for travelling to and from HK and Macao.

To use the FV e-Channel facilities, you must  first enrol** at the enrolment offices at the Arrival Halls in the Airport. You will need to present the following :

  • A valid PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold membership card
  • A valid travel document and
  • A multiple visit visa for Hong Kong (if a visit visa is so required).

**Existing FV e-Channel users are not required to enroll again unless there are changes to their personal information (for example, as a result of replacement of travel document). If changes have been made to personal information, re-registration at the enrolment offices in the Airport is necessary before using the FV e-Channels.
