Quels sont les changements au 1er Decembre 2009 ?
Les billets en aller-simple sont disponibles sur Singapore Airlines et Silk Air. A partir du 1er decembre 2009, vous pourrez egalement reserver des billets en aller-simple sur nos partenaires Star Alliance et sur Mexicana.

Quels sont les avantages d'avoir des billets en aller simple ?
Vous aurez plus de facilités et de flexibilités dans l'utilisation de vos miles. Par exemple:

• Vous pouvez faire des reservations séparées pour plusieurs vols, sans avoir à payer de frais supplémentaires pour des modifications eventuelles.
• Vous pouvez avoir une reservation avec vos miles pour un vol, et une reservation commerciale pour le suivant.
• Contrairement au systeme aller-retour, vous pouvez reserver un billet pour un vol aller, meme si le vol retour n'est pas confirmé.

How do I read the revised award chart?
The chart will still be based on the number of KrisFlyer miles required for round-trip award tickets. The one-way award ticket will only require half the KrisFlyer miles for a  round-trip award ticket and is only available on selected Star Alliance partners. For more information, please refer to the revised chart loaded on this webpage.

What are the changes to the award charts?
The charts have now been simplified to only 12 zones, as compared to the previous 14. Award levels of some zones have been revised. For more information on the number of KrisFlyer miles required on a particular travel route, please refer to the charts loaded on this webpage or use the Redemption Calculator from 1 December 09.

Why are one-way awards only available on selected Star Alliance partners?
Work is in progress to make one-way awards available on all Star Alliance carriers.

Which are the Star Carriers that will allow one-way?
They currently are Adria Airways, Air China, Air New Zealand, ANA, Asiana Airlines, Austrian, bmi, Egyptair, Lufthansa, South African Airways, Spanair, SWISS International Airlines, Thai Airways, Turkish Airlines, United Airlines and US Airways.

How do I read the chart?
The chart will still be based on the number of KrisFlyer miles required for round-trip award tickets.

No, one-way awards will not be available on Virgin Atlantic.
