With the Singapore Airlines Service Centre and PPS Club Service Centre integrated under one roof, customers will continue to enjoy the enhanced convenience that comes with a seamless service experience. Downtown check-in will not be available, although customers can continue to check in online via singaporeair.com, or at the self-service kiosks located at the Service Centre 48 hours before their scheduled departure time.

Prior to the move to ION Orchard, the Service Centre was temporarily housed at The Atrium@Orchard. To ease customers into the transition to a new location, operations at The Atrium@Orchard will continue until 6pm Monday, 27 July 2009.
