For flights between Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Premium Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 35kg. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights from Bangkok to Ho Chi Minh City, once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. For longer connections of about 5.5 hours or more, you may be able to join an official transit tour into the city, subject to timing and eligibility. Shorter layovers can be enjoyed within the terminals, with options such as relaxation zones, family play areas, and a wide variety of dining.
