Beverage Service
Throughout the flight, you can enjoy hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, tea, and coffee. A range of alcoholic beverages is also available, and our signature Singapore Sling is served on board.

For Brussels–Bengaluru flights, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite/Value fares: 25kg; Standard/Flexi: 30kg), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

Cabin baggage
In Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, you may bring 1 piece of cabin baggage up to 7kg. In Business Class, you may bring 2 pieces of cabin baggage, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights between Brussels and Bengaluru once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Brussels–Singapore and Singapore–Bengaluru sectors, Economy Class offers a seat pitch of around 32 inches with up to 19 inches of seat width, providing comfortable space for long flights. Premium Economy Class offers a seat pitch of around 38 inches and up to 20 inches of seat width for extra room.

Business Class
In Business Class on the Airbus A350-900, you will have a fully flat bed with direct aisle access from every seat, allowing you to rest properly on both sectors of your journey.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Brussels but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore, eligible passengers may be invited to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport is well suited to both short and longer layovers. For layovers of at least about 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider the official free transit tour, which offers a glimpse of the city before you return for your connecting flight.

Shorter layovers
If you prefer to stay airside, Changi Airport offers themed gardens, quiet rest areas, play zones, and, in some terminals, facilities such as cinemas and swimming pools. You will also find a wide range of dining outlets and retail options to explore between flights.

Rest and refresh
For added comfort, you can book an airport hotel or use rest zones to freshen up and sleep. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Brussels follows Central European Time (UTC+1) in winter and Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) roughly from late March to late October. Bengaluru follows India Standard Time (UTC+5:30) year-round. This means Bengaluru is 4.5 hours ahead of Brussels in winter, and 3.5 hours ahead during Brussels’ summer time.
