Beverage Service
Throughout the journey you can enjoy a selection of hot and cold drinks, including juices, soft drinks, teas, and coffees. Our signature Singapore Sling is available on board, alongside a broader range of alcoholic beverages.

For Brussels to Phuket flights, our weight-concept policy applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg for Lite/Value fares, 30kg for Standard/Flexi), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet on the Brussels–Singapore sector, and on selected aircraft on the Singapore–Phuket sector. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure.

Non-members can purchase paid plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Brussels–Singapore Airbus A350-900 sector, Economy Class offers a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width, and Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access.

On the Singapore–Phuket Boeing 737-8 MAX sector, Economy Class offers similar legroom to our long-haul fleet with a comfortable pitch, and Business Class features a fully flat bed with direct aisle access or spacious recliner-style seating, depending on configuration.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Eligible customers may be able to use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge in Singapore, subject to cabin class, frequent flyer status, and terminal of departure.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Brussels but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport is well suited to layovers, with themed gardens, rest areas, and a wide variety of dining and shopping. If you have at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights, you may consider joining one of the airport’s official city tours, subject to eligibility and availability.

For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy facilities such as butterfly and sunflower gardens, quiet zones, family areas, and, in some terminals, swimming pools or cinemas. Showers and transit hotels are also available if you prefer to rest.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Phuket is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
