For flights between Cebu and Da Nang, our baggage policy follows the weight concept. In Economy Class, the checked baggage allowance is 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The exact allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances on top of the standard limits.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Cebu to Da Nang once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase paid plans on board.

Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Cebu but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If you have a longer layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can join an official city tour, which typically requires at least around 5.5 to 6 hours of transit time to allow for immigration, travel, and airport formalities. This is a convenient way to see highlights of Singapore without managing your own arrangements.

For shorter layovers, you can stay airside and enjoy Changi Airport's amenities, including indoor gardens, butterfly and themed zones, rest areas, and entertainment spaces. There are also transit hotels and nap areas if you prefer to rest between flights.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Da Nang is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
