For flights between Hangzhou and Dubai, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers have 35kg, Business Class passengers have 40kg, and First Class passengers have 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on the Hangzhou to Dubai route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. For example, if you fly Economy from Hangzhou but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. If your connection is long enough, you can join an official transit tour into the city, which typically requires a layover of at least 5.5 to 6 hours to allow sufficient time for immigration, the tour, and your return.

For shorter layovers, staying airside gives you access to indoor gardens, rest zones, and quiet seating areas, as well as a wide range of dining and retail outlets across the terminals. Family-friendly play areas and relaxation spaces help the time pass pleasantly.
