For flights between Jakarta and Amsterdam, our baggage is based on the weight concept. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class passengers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares; Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 35kg; Business Class passengers may bring 40kg; First Class passengers on the Jakarta–Singapore sector may bring 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, with Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members required to add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Jakarta but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.
