For checked baggage, Economy Class customers may bring 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class customers on eligible Kuala Lumpur–Singapore sectors may bring 35kg, while Business Class customers may bring 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.
