For Osaka to Phuket flights, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg on Lite/Value fares and 30kg on Standard/Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

For longer layovers, you may join an official transit tour into the city, which typically requires at least 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. Shorter connections are best spent exploring the terminals, where you will find quiet zones, shopping, and family-friendly facilities.
