For flights between Phnom Penh and Manila, our weight-concept baggage policy applies. In Economy Class, checked baggage allowances are 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your journey is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights on this route once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Phnom Penh but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

With a layover at Singapore Changi Airport, you can enjoy extensive airside facilities such as indoor gardens, themed rest areas, play zones, and quiet corners for relaxation. For longer layovers, you may be able to join an official city tour, which usually requires several hours between flights to take part comfortably.

If you prefer to stay in the terminal, there are transit hotels, rest areas, and a wide selection of dining and shopping options, along with shower facilities in selected areas. Clear signage and helpful staff make it easy to move between terminals and find your next gate in good time.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Manila is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
