For flights between Phuket and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg of checked baggage, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. In Business Class, the checked baggage allowance is 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg in weight.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring one piece up to 7kg, and Business Class passengers may bring two pieces, each up to 7kg. The exact allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Business Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board.

The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic web browsing. It does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers, so we recommend planning any data-heavy work or entertainment for before or after your flight.
