For flights between Shenzhen and Phuket, the weight concept applies to checked baggage. In Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg of checked baggage, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Business Class includes 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. KrisFlyer members enjoy free and unlimited Wi-Fi, and Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Shenzhen but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

If your layover in Singapore is at least 5.5 to 6 hours, you may consider joining one of the official transit tours that offer a short introduction to the city, subject to eligibility and operating hours. For shorter connections, it is more comfortable to remain airside at Singapore Changi Airport.
