For flights between Yangon and Osaka, the weight concept applies. For checked baggage, Economy Class passengers have 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Business Class passengers enjoy a 40kg checked baggage allowance. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Yangon to Osaka once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class members must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members, suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but they do not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Yangon but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers a complimentary transit tour for eligible passengers with a layover of about 5.5 hours or more, allowing you to see highlights of the city before returning for your onward flight. You can register for these tours in the transit area if your timing and eligibility allow.

If you prefer to stay airside or have a shorter layover, you will find indoor gardens, rest zones, play areas, and a wide choice of dining outlets throughout the terminals. Some terminals also feature attractions such as walking trails and viewing areas, ideal for stretching your legs between flights.

Yangon follows Myanmar Time (MMT), which is UTC+6:30 and does not observe daylight saving time. Osaka follows Japan Standard Time (JST), which is UTC+9:00 and also does not observe daylight saving time. Osaka is therefore 2.5 hours ahead of Yangon throughout the year.

For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:
