For flights between Beijing and Surabaya, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg on Lite and Value fares, 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and First Class (50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece, up to 7kg), and Business Class and First Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights between Beijing and Singapore, and on most services between Singapore and Surabaya, once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. KrisFlyer members enjoy free, unlimited Wi-Fi; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. For longer layovers, you can join an official free transit tour into the city if you meet the minimum connection time, typically around 5.5 to 6 hours between flights. For shorter connections, it is easier to stay airside and enjoy the airport's facilities, including themed gardens, quiet rest zones, entertainment areas, and transit hotels where available.
