For flights between Hanoi and Riyadh, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class passengers on Lite and Value fares may check in up to 25kg, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Business Class passengers may check in up to 40kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. For cabin baggage, Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, and Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final baggage allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on most Singapore Airlines flights from Hanoi to Riyadh once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The Next Segment Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Hanoi but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

For longer connections, you may join the official free city tour if your layover meets the minimum hours required by the programme.
