For Rome to Shenzhen flights, the weight-concept baggage policy applies. Checked baggage allowances are as follows: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi fares: 30kg), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

For cabin baggage, Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class customers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final allowance for your trip will be shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board.

The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing. It does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers, so we recommend planning any high-bandwidth activities for when you are on the ground.

At Singapore Changi Airport, eligible customers may be able to access facilities such as the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), and the KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and membership status.
