For Bengaluru–Perth flights, our routes operate on the weight concept. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (25kg for Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Standard and Flexi), Premium Economy Class (35kg), and Business Class (40kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class (1 piece up to 7kg), and Business Class (2 pieces, each up to 7kg). Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Bengaluru–Perth services via Singapore once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans on board. The service supports messaging, email, and basic browsing, but does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Bengaluru–Singapore and Singapore–Perth sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, providing solid comfort for the journey. Where available, Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch seat pitch and up to 20-inch seat width with extra recline.
