For flights between Cebu and Delhi, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: in Economy Class, Lite and Value fares include 25kg, while Standard and Flexi fares include 30kg. Business Class includes 40kg of checked baggage. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg.

Cabin baggage: Economy Class passengers may bring 1 piece up to 7kg. Business Class passengers may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. The final baggage allowance for your trip is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Cebu to Delhi once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members; Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On both the Cebu–Singapore and Singapore–Delhi sectors, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, providing comfortable space for the journey.

Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Cebu but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only.

Singapore Changi Airport offers extensive airside facilities, including gardens, quiet zones, rest areas, and entertainment spaces that help you relax between flights. For longer layovers, you can join an official free city tour if you meet the minimum connection time, allowing you to see highlights of Singapore without arranging your own transport.

If you prefer to stay airside, you will find showers, transit hotels, and many dining and shopping options spread across the terminals, all connected by efficient people mover systems. Family-friendly play areas and themed spaces make it easy to keep everyone occupied.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Delhi is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
