For flights between Copenhagen and Denpasar Bali, our weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are 25kg for Economy Class Lite and Value fares, 30kg for Economy Class Standard and Flexi fares, 35kg for Premium Economy Class, and 40kg for Business Class. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are 1 piece up to 7kg in Economy Class and Premium Economy Class, and 2 pieces each up to 7kg in Business Class. Your exact allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, although Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Non-members can purchase access plans. The service is designed for messaging, email, and basic browsing, and does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On the Copenhagen–Singapore sector operated by the Airbus A350-900, Economy Class offers a 32-inch pitch with up to 19-inch seat width, Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch with up to 20-inch seat width, and Business Class provides a fully flat bed with direct aisle access. Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Copenhagen but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. In Singapore (SIN), eligible customers may be invited to the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on cabin and status.

If your layover is at least around 5.5 to 6 hours, you can consider joining an official transit tour to see highlights of Singapore before returning to the airport. For shorter connections, it is more convenient to remain airside and enjoy the facilities at Singapore Changi Airport.
