For flights between Delhi and Denpasar Bali, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage allowances are: Economy Class (Lite and Value fares: 25kg; Standard and Flexi fares: 30kg), Premium Economy Class (35kg), Business Class (40kg), and Suites (50kg). Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage allowances are: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class may bring 1 piece up to 7kg, while Suites and Business Class may bring 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, although Economy Class and Premium Economy Class customers must add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The connection is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

On all sectors of this route, Economy Class seats offer a 32-inch pitch and up to 19-inch seat width, providing good comfort for the journey. Business Class features a fully flat bed with direct aisle access on widebody services, and lie-flat seating with generous space on narrowbody services. On selected Delhi–Singapore Airbus A380-800 flights, Premium Economy Class offers a 38-inch pitch and up to 20-inch seat width, while Suites provide a fully flat bed with an exclusive, enclosed space.

Yes, Singapore Airlines provides lounge access to eligible passengers with a layover in Singapore. Your eligibility is based on your class of travel or your KrisFlyer and Star Alliance status, and it is determined by your flight leaving Singapore. Other options, like purchasing a day pass at a pay-per-use lounge, are also available.

Lounge Access Eligibility
Cabin Class: Complimentary for Suites, First, and Business Class passengers. Premium Economy and Economy travellers do not have access unless they hold eligible status.

Frequent Flyer Status: PPS Club and KrisFlyer Elite Gold (or Star Alliance Gold) members have access regardless of cabin class.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Delhi but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Eligible customers at Singapore Changi Airport may be invited to use the SilverKris Lounge (First Class), SilverKris Lounge (Business Class), or KrisFlyer Gold Lounge, depending on their cabin and status.

Singapore Changi Airport is designed for comfortable layovers, with themed gardens, art installations, rest zones, and a wide range of dining outlets inside the terminals. For longer transits of at least about 5.5–6 hours, you can consider joining the official free city tour, which lets you see some of Singapore’s highlights before returning to the airport. Shorter layovers are well spent exploring the airport’s attractions, such as indoor greenery, play areas, and quiet corners for rest. Your time at Singapore Changi Airport is more than just a wait — it is an integral part of your journey.

Delhi follows India Standard Time (IST), which is UTC+5:30 and does not observe daylight saving time. Denpasar Bali follows Central Indonesia Time (WITA), which is UTC+8 and also does not change during the year. Denpasar Bali is therefore 2 hours 30 minutes ahead of Delhi throughout the year.

Through-Check Conditions
For your bags to be sent directly to your final destination, the following general conditions must be met:

Single Itinerary: Both flight segments (Delhi–Singapore and Singapore–Denpasar Bali) must be under the same booking reference or PNR.

Layover Duration: Your connection in Singapore must be less than 24 hours. If your layover exceeds 24 hours, it is considered a stopover, and you will typically be required to collect your luggage and re-check it for your onward flight.

Partner Airlines: If your onward flight from Singapore to Denpasar Bali is operated by a partner airline, Singapore Airlines has through-check agreements that usually allow your bags to be tagged to your final destination.
