For flights between Hangzhou and Zurich, the weight concept applies. Checked baggage: Economy Class passengers may check 25kg on Lite and Value fares, and 30kg on Standard and Flexi fares. Premium Economy Class passengers may check 35kg. Business Class passengers may check 40kg. First Class passengers may check 50kg. Each checked bag must not exceed 32kg. Cabin baggage: Economy Class and Premium Economy Class may carry 1 piece up to 7kg, while Business Class and First Class may carry 2 pieces, each up to 7kg. Your final allowance is shown on your e-ticket, and KrisFlyer Elite Gold and PPS Club members enjoy additional allowances.

Wi-Fi is available on Singapore Airlines flights from Hangzhou to Zurich once the aircraft is above 10,000 feet. It is free and unlimited for KrisFlyer members, and Economy Class and Premium Economy Class members should add their membership number to the booking at least 1.5 hours before departure. Paid plans are available for non-members. The service is suitable for messaging, email, and basic browsing, but it does not support video streaming, video calls, or large file transfers.

The 'Next Segment' Rule: Eligibility is based on the flight immediately departing that airport. For example, if you fly Economy from Hangzhou but have a Business Class onward flight from Singapore, you get lounge access in Singapore only. Zurich follows Central European Time (UTC+1) from late October to late March, and Central European Summer Time (UTC+2) from late March to late October.
